Service scope
CivilityOS provides educational, AI-assisted workplace civility guidance. It is not a substitute for legal, medical, mental-health, employment, labour-relations, human-resources investigation, or emergency advice. You remain responsible for decisions and actions taken in your workplace.
Do not use CivilityOS to make or validate a disciplinary decision, determine whether conduct is unlawful, conduct an investigation, or process an urgent safety matter. Seek appropriately qualified professional support for those matters.
Purchases and access
All prices are in Canadian dollars and payments are processed by Stripe. A successful payment is required before paid access is activated. One-Time Intervention access includes one detailed AI response. The On-Call Expert Retainer includes ten AI questions per active monthly billing period; unused questions do not carry forward unless stated otherwise at purchase.
Enterprise licensing is subject to a separate written agreement. The public site does not grant a resale, sublicensing, or training-delivery right.
Acceptable use and content
You must not submit unlawful, confidential, or sensitive personal information without authority; attempt to bypass access controls; interfere with the service; or use responses as a substitute for professional judgement. CivilityOS may suspend access where necessary to protect users, the service, or legal rights.
CivilityOS retains all rights in its service, methodology, interface, and proprietary materials. You retain rights in the information you submit, subject to the limited permissions necessary to operate the service.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms to reflect service, security, or legal changes. Material changes will be posted on this page. For service questions, contact info@civilityos.com.
