Cancellation and Billing

The On-Call Expert Retainer renews monthly until cancelled. You can manage or cancel an active subscription from your Member Access page. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period unless Stripe states otherwise during the cancellation flow.

A One-Time Intervention is a one-time purchase and does not renew. Enterprise licences and bespoke services are governed by their written agreement.
