This notice explains how CivilityOS handles information submitted through this website, including enquiry details, assessment responses, purchase details, and questions submitted to the AI service.

CivilityOS is designed for workplace guidance. Please do not submit names, contact details, health information, protected-characteristic information, personnel files, investigation materials, or other sensitive personal information unless you have a lawful basis and the appropriate authority to do so.

We collect the information you choose to provide to deliver a requested service, process a payment, maintain access to purchased services, respond to an enquiry, or administer the Compass assessment. Payment card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored by CivilityOS.

If you expressly opt in to receive resources or updates, your consent and contact details are recorded in CivilityOS's protected administrator dashboard. CivilityOS does not automatically export marketing contacts to another platform.

Questions submitted to CivilityOS may be processed to generate a response, maintain your conversation, improve service reliability, prevent misuse, and administer your entitlement. Avoid including identifying or confidential employee information. CivilityOS does not use customer questions to train a public model.

Source materials uploaded by an authorised administrator are retained for the purpose of operating the CivilityOS knowledge base. They are not published through the public website.

We retain data only as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, records, security, and legal obligations. We use service providers such as Stripe, hosting, and authorised email providers to operate the service, subject to their applicable terms and safeguards.

To request access, correction, deletion, or to withdraw marketing consent, contact info@civilityos.com. We will respond in accordance with applicable privacy law and any records we must retain.
